• Do you have a question about your bill? We know insurance can be confusing! We are always happy to explain your bill. Just click the link to email our billing specialist.

We can only accept Workers Comp and Auto Insurance visits with current patients. Please download our form, or view for what information you'll need to bring with you

• We also participate in West Virginia's Medical Cannabis program. You will need to register on their website BEFORE making an appointment to see us about getting certified. Read more here. Dr Hahn's cannabis registration number is PHY000038. We only prescribe to ESTABLISHED PATIENTS

• We are registered for prescribing suboxone to those with opiate use disorder but you must become an established patient.
